
About Kathryn
Kathryn is an attorney in KDC’s Greenville office. Prior to joining KDC, she began her legal career representing both plaintiffs and defendants in a broad range of corporate/business disputes, as well as in litigation involving claims of breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, business torts, shareholder and partnership disputes and dissolutions, real estate litigation, and defamation. She is a member of the South Carolina Bar.
Kathryn graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. degree in History and Political Science from Vanguard University of Southern California in 2014 and was nationally ranked in University Parliamentary Speech and Debate in 2012. Kathryn moved to South Carolina and attended the Charleston School of Law where she received her Juris Doctor in 2017. While attending Charleston School of Law, Kathryn participated in Charleston Law Review as an Articles Editor, Moot Court Board as Associate Justice of Business Affairs, and was a member of the Trial Advocacy Board.
Kathryn lives in Clemson, SC with her husband, James.
